1. A wrong item was sent
2. The wrong size was sent
3. There was a manufacturing fault in the item
Conditions for an EXCHANGE
1. Items must be returned within 14 days upon receipt of parcel
2. Original and/or KITTED tags must remain attached
3. All items will be subjected to inspection. Items must be in original condition - unworn, unsoiled and in original packaging (KITTED box does not need to be included)
4. Items with make-up stains will not be accepted
5. Swimwear has to have the hygiene sticker in place, in its original condition 6. No returns or exchanges for items on Clearance Sale
Your EXCHANGE is on us! Please read on to start your EXCHANGE process.
1. Drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know why you are exchanging this item together with the KITTED order number, within 14 days upon receipt of parcel
2. If there is a fault with the item, please take a photo and include in the email
3. Please mail the item back to us and include the receipt for the cost of postage so that we can refund the amount through the initial payment method made
4. Please allow 7 working days to process your exchange. If your size or the item you require is not available, you will be issued store credit with no expiry date
Please note that we are unable to offer complimentary postage for size exchange for International Orders. Purchases outside of Singapore will have to bear the shipping costs for a size exchange.

2. Returns are only applicable on purchase of full priced items
3. Items must be returned within 14 days upon receipt of parcel
